1、下载：http://www.awstats.org/，下载最新版tar.gz即可，可以ftp上传。也可以用wget下载
2、解压安装：
tar zxvf awstats-x.x.tar.gz -C /opt/ //解压至/opt目录下 mv /opt/awstats-x.x /usr/local/awstats //移动文件至/usr/local/awstats目录下 cd /usr/local/awstats/tools //进入awstats的tools目录下
注意上边的版本号，根据你自己下载的情况来
3、配置：命令
chmod +x awstats_configure.pl ./awstats_configure.pl
4、具体配置操作如下，注意注释的地方就是要配置的地方

A SIMPLE config file has been created: /etc/awstats/awstats.www.test.com.conf You should have a look inside to check and change manually main parameters. 5、检查httpd.conf是否更改了，看是否有如下代码
Options None AllowOverride None Order Allow,deny Allow from all
6、修改主站配置文件
创建/var/lib/awstats目录
然后修改主站配置文件
vim /etc/awstats/awstats.www.xxx.com.conf ...... LogFile="/var/log/httpd/access_log" //50行，修改web日志文件位置 DirData="/var/lib/awstats" //220行，数据目录，awstats 默认不存在（需要创建） ......
7、重启apache
8、crond服务设置计划性任务
crontab -e * * * * * /usr/local/awstats/tools/awstats_updateall.pl now //每分钟更新一次数据 通过以下网站进行访问awstats日志分析系统： http://www.xxx.com/awstats/awstats.pl?config=www.xxx.com
9、网站化，建一个如下页面，然后用域名或者啥练习方式打开这个页面
